JFK’s Terminal 4 stands as a gateway to the world and a beacon of NYC’s rich history in tourism and global connectivity. Known for its pivotal role in shaping the travel experience for millions, T4 carries a legacy of innovation and hospitality. I had the privilege of collaborating directly with the client on a comprehensive research initiative aimed at modernizing and enhancing the overall traveler and employee experience. From the physical environment to cutting-edge digital solutions, our research explored ways to elevate T4 into a world-leading terminal. This full-circle effort was driven by a shared vision to position JFK T4 as a hallmark of efficiency, innovation, and the vibrant energy of New York City.

I collaborated closely with the client to identify opportunities for integrating streamlined services, such as food delivery and pickup upon arrival at the terminal. This concept is one of several we developed to enhance the overall customer experience at JFK’s Terminal 4.
